Liability Waiver I, the player or legal guardian, acknowledge, agree and understand as follows: I understand that, there are certain inherent dangers in me/my child playing soccer, taking soccer lessons, and being physically present at these sessions, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. In consideration of me/my child being allowed to participate in these sessions, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge any members, officers, agents, servants, employees, representatives, executors, or any other persons or entities connected with it from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries, loss, damage, or death resulting from me/my child's participation in any programs.
